What we collect
Analytics data
If analytics are enabled on this site, we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use it. These tools may collect information such as pages viewed, clicks and scrolling, referring website, approximate location derived from your IP address, and device and browser type, using cookies or similar technologies. Microsoft Clarity may also record anonymized session replays and heatmaps. We do not use this data to identify you personally.
Data you give us when you book a call
When you schedule a call, you use our third-party scheduling provider. The information you enter there — typically your name, business email, company and any answers you choose to provide — is processed by that provider and shared with us so we can hold the call.
Emails you send us
If you email us, we receive your email address, the content of your message and any attachments.
This site has no contact forms, accounts or payment pages.
Business contact data used in our services
To prepare market research and prospect lists for our business clients, we compile professional information about companies and the people who work there, such as name, job title, employer, business email address and links to public professional profiles. We obtain this data from public company sources, business registries and professional profiles, and we verify business emails ourselves. We record the source of every data point. We do not use purchased consumer data and we do not collect sensitive personal data.
If you believe your professional data is included in our records and you want it corrected or deleted, write to hello@orezer.com. We will delete it from our records and exclude it from future deliverables.
How we use data
- To operate, secure and improve this website.
- To respond to your messages, schedule and hold calls, and prepare proposals.
- To deliver the services our clients hire us for, including B2B market research and prospect lists.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
We do not sell the personal data of visitors to this website.
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to provide their services:
- Hosting — this site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages; Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
- Scheduling — our scheduling provider processes the details you enter when you book a call.
- Analytics — Google (Google Analytics 4) and Microsoft (Clarity), if enabled.
Business contact data compiled for a client project is delivered to that client. We may also disclose data when required by law.
Your rights and opt-out
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop using it, including business contact data used in our services. Write to hello@orezer.com; we will respond within a reasonable time and within any period required by applicable law.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection laws in the United States, including state privacy laws. For personal data processed in Colombia, you have the rights recognized by Law 1581 of 2012 (Ley Estatutaria 1581 de 2012) and its regulations, including the right to know, update, correct and request deletion of your data.
You can also limit analytics by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings or by using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the analytics providers. Business contact data is reviewed periodically and removed when it is no longer needed or when you ask us to delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last changed.
